With Petpooja's SMS service, your can use your POS system to schedule promotional campaigns for customers' birthdays and anniversaries. Along with that, you can also shoot messages at the time of bill print.

Can I edit my customer list before running an SMS campaign?

The SMS campaign feature allows you to categorise your customers and send customised SMS to them.

What are the requirements to start the Petpooja SMS service?

To use Petpooja's SMS service, the customer needs to get their sender id & template id approved by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)

Do I need to use my dashboard to send promotional SMS?

Yes! You can plan your SMS campaigns and create receivers' lists in advance right from the owner's dashboard.

Can I automatically send coupon codes to the customers at bill print?

Yes. You can send system-generated SMS coupon codes on their registered number on the print bill. (You will need to be using Petpooja's own SMS service for this!)
