Bordeaux Wine Festival takes places in a city called Bordeaux located in the South- East of France. The wine festival starts from the banks of the River Garonne till the 18th century building in the city. Wonderful Wine, cheese along with some light music where everybody dances on the street. Sounds so French right?
But don’t worry we know exactly how to get those French feels in your restaurant. You might need to a pen and paper to start taking notes:
First let’s begin with the music. Classical traditional French (Eg: La Vie En Rose) to French jazz (La Java Bleue), well with these genres you are sorted for the night.
Next step would be get as many red and pink wines you can. (Fun fact: If you organise this in summer, prefer using chilled Pink Wine as it is French summer wine, during other times they prefer red or sometimes white wine). If you have wine, cheese is a must and to be a little extra, offer them cheese, spiced breads and olive oil.
And lastly if you really want your customers to be teleported directly to France, shift your tables on the street sides (only if you have clean and relatively unrushed roads around you. Also no moos or meows on that street). Every cafe in France has a outdoor seating giving it that special Parisian look. Well if this sitting works out, why not make it a permanent look.
